We’re starting off 2021 with wet spells all around Malaysia which have badly flooded numerous roads. A number of them were so intense, roads were forced to close!
To avoid anyone driving into road closures today (5 Jan 2021), here’s a daily recap on roads that have been closed due to flash floods.

PAHANG:
- JALAN BENTONG LAMA
- JALAN RAUB LIPIS: between Dong & Kuala Lipis
- JALAN LANCHANG - KARAK
- JALAN JERANTUT KUALA KRAU
- JALAN GAMBANG
JOHOR:
- JALAN KOTA TINGGI - MERSING: at Batu 10, Batu 13, Batu 16 & near Risda
- JALAN KOTA TINGGI - KLUANG: near Arked Mara
- JALAN LOK HENG/ MAWAI: near the Sg Mas bridge
- JALAN TUN SRI LANANG
- JALAN SEMANGAR
- JALAN MAWAI LAMA
- JALAN KG KELANTAN

Also do take note that it’s not advisable to use Jalan Kuala Kubu Baru if you’re heading towards Fraser Hill due to landslides at several locations along the road.
