More restrictions have been eased amid Malaysia’s Recovery Movement Control Order.
This includes allowing foreign students to return to Malaysia to resume their studies.

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says they will need to register themselves with the Higher Education Ministry.
He adds that they must be screened for COVID-19, either before returning, or upon arrival into the country.
Meanwhile Malaysians students who want to return to their unis overseas are allowed to do so, to resume their studies or sit for exams.
Datuk Seri Ismail says they need not apply to the Immigration Department, but will need a letter from their respective unis.
On another note, high level expatriates can now return to Malaysia for work purposes.
They are not required to apply to the Immigration Department but must get themselves checked for COVID-19.
Also, the government will consider reopening public swimming pools, and those in hotels and condominiums once the SOPs are finalised.
Meanwhile, water sports and pool activities for non-contact sports training will be allowed to resume, provided they follow SOPs.
As for shopping malls, Datuk Seri Ismail says they are now allowed to hold promotional and sale activities in their concourse area.
