Priscilla told Free Malaysia Today: “Degrees alone don’t work, but professional certifications carry more weight, as employers hunt for certain skills. The certifications have allowed me to be a subject matter expert in various disciplines.”
The mother of one, who is also currently a part-time trainer as well as a social activist explained that she managed the 40 certificates out of “pure curiosity” and the interest of finding out how things work.
“Whenever my company offers staff an opportunity to take up professional courses, I will take up almost everything being offered,” she said, adding that she has spent close to RM100,000 on her 40 courses to date.
