This is horrible! The police are now searching for a man who is believed to have shot a dog to death using an arrow.
The incident allegedly took place in Seberang Jalan Putra in Alor Setar, Kedah.

According to Astro AWANI, the Kota Setar District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Ahmad Shukri Mat Akhir said that his team received a report regarding the incident.
The complainant, whose house is in Taman Dahlia, claimed that they have seen a status that was uploaded by a Facebook account about a wild or stray dog that had been brutally killed in their area.
The Veterinary Department’s investigation team and three other enforcement assistants carrying out the investigation found that there was a CCTV camera nearby, which revealed footage of a man believed to have shot the dog dead using a bow and arrow between 4:21 am and 5:26 am on Thursday (March 11th).

“In a CCTV video, the suspect was seen shooting the dog using a bow and arrow. This case will be investigated according to Section 29 (1)(E) of the Animal Welfare Act 2015,” he added.
Why would anyone do this to a poor innocent animal is beyond us!
