A total of 1,142,104 or 32.2% of children aged between five and 11 have completed two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine under the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids) as of Thursday (May 26th).

According to Malay Mail, a total of 1,693,589 children or 47.7% of the population have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
A total of 2,911,511 or 93.6% of teenagers aged between 12 and 17 have completed two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 3,008,137 or 96.7% of the group have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
As for the adult population, a total of 16,090,222 individuals, or 68.4% of the population have received the booster dose, while 22,973,842 individuals, or 97.6% have completed both doses and 23,250,188 individuals or 98.8% have been given at least one dose of the vaccine.
As for COVID-19-related news, on Thursday (May 26th), there were three cases of death reported due to COVID-19, with two of them in Johor and the other, in Perak.
