“The car spun and hit the lorry. The woman and the boy were thrown out of the car, however, the boy was thrown in the middle of the road and was crushed by an unidentified vehicle that was passing by,” he told Harian Metro.
The boy was pronounced dead at Klinik Kesihatan Jelai and was transported to Tampin hospital for an autopsy.
The couple fled the situation by stealing a passers-by car that had stopped to help and even left their child’s body at the scene.
The poor boy’s body was passed to his birth father who laid him to rest on June 28th.
The couple tested positive for drugs after going through a urine test.
Anuwal also added that the man has 14 past narcotics abuse records while the woman has one. The man will be investigated under Section 39A(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1985, while the woman, who is also the biological mother of the child was remanded for one day to assist in the investigation.
