So what are they?
According to Malay Mail, DG Hisham was quoted saying: “Among them are the loss of smell and taste, as well as feeling lethargic.”
An attendee of a post-Cabinet meeting, last Wednesday (20 May), who tested positive for COVID-19 did not display signs of fever, flu or cough. “We took the temperature of the officer in question but it was normal. He had no fever, cough, or flu but he was feeling exhausted and said he had lost sense of smell and taste.”
Malaysians need to be extra careful, said Dr. Noor Hisham, even though some equipment shows that everything is normal, there are other signs that we need to look out for.
He also added that high temperature is just one of the symptoms. “These are also the symptoms of someone who may be infected with COVID-19, so if this is you, stay home and don’t go out.”
So, guys, take care! If you develop any of these symptoms, do visit a doctor as soon as possible!
