Christians will be allowed to go to church on Christmas eve and Christmas day this year.
However, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says this only applies to areas under the Conditional and Recovery MCO, and they will be subject to strict SOPs.
Among others, the number of worshipers allowed in will be limited to the size of the church, and in which COVID-19 zone the church is located.
Each Christmas service or mass should be conducted within an hour and a half, the premises must be sanitised after each ceremony.
House visits will only be allowed on Christmas Day, and only involving close family members.
The number of people allowed at a time will be limited, based on the size of the residence.

For condos and apartments, between 10 to 15 people will be allowed at a single time, while for those in landed properties, 20 guests are allowed.
Religious gatherings and house visits are NOT allowed in areas under the Enhanced MCO.
Meanwhile open house and caroling activities are not allowed at all.
