Applications for Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) 2.0 can be made starting from 15 October for those who have never received the cash aid before, says the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN).

BPN 2.0 recipients were those who had previously received the BPN cash aid this year.
If you are eligible but did not receive the BPN 2020 aid, you can submit a fresh application starting from next month, “BPN 2.0 recipients will be those who have received the last BPN payment. You do not need to apply for BPN 2.0 if you’ve received the last payment.”

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced on Wednesday (23 September) that RM7 billion in cash aid under BPN 2.0 would be channeled to 10.6 million recipients to ease the financial burden of those in the B40 and M40 income brackets.
So, if you haven’t gotten the first BPN cash aid yet, then you might be eligible to submit an application now!
