Share A Meal With Those In Need With Kind Dining

Since the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO), many have lost their jobs and can’t afford to provide their families with basic necessities such as food. So, why not whenever we go out and eat, let’s remember and help those who are struggling to put food on their tables!

Nando’s Malaysia will kick start the nationwide Nando’s Kind Dining initiative starting from 15 - 31 May 2020, where anyone can donate non-perishable food items and receive a 20% discount on their own Nando’s meal!

Kind Dining is a community support initiative organized by Nando’s Malaysia in partnership with other food security NGOs such as The Lost Food Project, Suriana Malaysia, Yayasan Foodbank, GoJobMy, Kechara Soup Kitchen and other local charity homes in the Nando’s community.

Nando’s chief executive officer, Stephen Shew said: “We recognise that this is a difficult time for a lot of people and we are honoured to offer discounts to members of the public who would like to help their fellow Malaysians who are less fortunate. This pandemic has shown deep down, we all want to spread kindness and do what we can to give back.”

“We at Nando’s feel privileged to be in a position which makes spreading generosity, positivity, and unity possible. We hope to rally more people together and to distribute as much food as possible through Kind Dining, just in time for the Raya celebrations and keep the flame of hope burning in our communities.”
