Global crowdfunding platform, LaunchGood is offering passionate Malaysian changemakers a chance to win up to RM70,000 via its #JOMLaunchGood Challenge 2020!
The campaign is a 48-hour fundraising challenge exclusive to Malaysians in conjunction with Giving Tuesday, a global giving day after Thanksgiving that generates over $500,000,000 for charities worldwide.
From 1:00 pm on November 30th (Monday) to 12:59 pm on December 2nd (Wednesday), Malaysian changemakers will compete in two fundraising leaderboard categories; the most number of supporters and the highest amount of funds raised and stand a chance to win multiple prizes and giveaways for their fundraising campaigns on LaunchGood.
Three additional creative contests will take place as well, which are best campaign video, best campaign poster, and best blog post.
The fundraisers who get to rally a minimum of 50 supporters throughout the 48-hour challenge will be matched with an RM1,000 boost for their campaigns.
LaunchGood’s APAC Regional Head, Nur Sharain Abdul Rashid is anticipating huge participation from Malaysians for the inaugural Malaysia-niched challenge.
