The nutrients in grapes offer a number of possible health benefits. A diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables has been linked to a reduced risk of various conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
Like other fruits and vegetables, grapes are a good source of fiber and water.
Here are some of the ways in which the nutrients in grapes may boost health, according to Medical News Today.

Grapes are available all year round!
They are best stored in the refrigerator and should be washed before eaten. The best way to eat grapes is as a fresh fruit, but if you prefer them in your salads or in a form of juice or jams, you can, but lookout for the amount of added sugars.
