Oh no, the poor boy!
Looking after toddlers is hard. They are impulsive, run in the other direction, throw things, and don’t listen. This is why young children need to be monitored at ALL times.

On Tuesday (August 9th), a 3-year-old boy was hit by an oncoming vehicle after he ran across the street, fracturing several bones and sustaining other injuries.
The incident allegedly happened at Jalan Wakaf Aik in Bachok, Kelantan at around 3:30 pm. In a dashcam video, the young boy can be seen running across the street before his father could even stop him.
The approaching car was unable to swerve in time and ran over the little boy. It then hit another vehicle on the side of the road as it was trying to avoid hitting the boy. Aiyo!

'According to Bachok police chief Superintendent, Mohd Ismail Jamaluddin said the victim, Mohamad Naufal Zafran is currently being treated at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) Kubang Kerian.
Meanwhile, both drivers, fortunately, escaped uninjured.
The case is now being investigated under Section 43(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
