While it's understandable that the volume of the drink increases without ice, the question remains: how much is reasonable to charge for this adjustment?

A Malaysian customer recently shared his experience in Johor Bahru, where he was not only charged RM3 for each fruit juice without ice but also faced an additional RM3 charge for requesting no sugar.

According to the receipt he posted on Facebook, his order included two fruit juices and a grilled chicken, totaling RM12.90 and RM22.90, respectively. What should have been a bill of RM26.80 for the beverages alone, quickly escalated to RM37.80 due to the added charges for no ice and no sugar.

In total, the bill amounted to RM66.80, inclusive of taxes. Although the man didn't disclose the restaurant's location, he expressed confusion and frustration over the additional charges.

"I'm puzzled. Why am I being charged RM6 in total for no ice and no sugar? Can someone please explain this logic to me?"

各位广大的网友,小弟不才,看不明白这个单,为什么一杯水去糖要3块钱?去冰也要3块钱?有人可以解释吗? 朋友说:(kopi Rm2, kopi o Rm5)
