In our last article, we reported how a Malaysian man and his father returned home all the way from Saudi Arabia, in time to vote at the GE15 in Muar, Johor. However, this time, a couple was spotted in Subang Jaya, wearing their wedding attire while queuing in line waiting for their turn to cast their votes.

In a post shared by the Subang Jaya assemblyman, Michelle Ng shows a photo of a woman in her white wedding dress while holding a bouquet of flowers. In her caption, Michelle praised the woman who took time out of her special day to vote.

She also wished the couple a long and happy marriage, “To the bride at SMK USJ 2, thank you for voting despite it being your special day.”

The bride responded to her post and thanked everyone for their congratulations and well wishes.

Well done, Malaysians!

Congratulations to the newlyweds and THANK YOU for taking the time out of your special day to vote!
