A Malaysian, known on Facebook as Anasofea Ridzwan recently shared a heartwarming experience while buying breakfast at a warung.

In her Facebook post, she wrote: "I had breakfast this morning at a warung that served roti canai. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The best part was that they were quite fast at serving food! I had teh tarik and roti canai banjir, and it was so yummy!"
But when it was time for her to pay for her meal, she realized she only had RM5 in her purse… and her bill was RM10. She asked whether she could transfer the balance via online banking or e-Wallet, but the warung does not carry any of the online payment methods.
Pagi tadi, pergi sarapan dekat warung roti canai. Layanan staf sangat baik, dan makanan sampai cepat. Paling best, laju....

After explaining that she didn’t have enough money to pay for her meal, they scrawled over the RM10 on her bill and handed it back to her, “It’s okay. Just pay what you can now and come back when you have the money.”
She then told the warung owner that she might not be able to come back because of her busy schedule, and they told her: “If you get too busy or you forget to pay, it’s okay. It will be my treat.”
