However, reactions to this unconventional concoction have been mixed. While some express scepticism—"I like chilli and I like coffee, but together?"—others applaud the audacity of Jiangxi's culinary experimentation.

Despite initial reservations, reports suggest that the flavour combination has found its fans. According to a staff member at Jingshi Coffee, the spicy latte boasts a surprisingly palatable taste, with customers showing a level of acceptance and even enthusiasm for the unique blend.
"It’s not that spicy, and it’s quite good," remarked one staff member. "We have been selling it since December and have not received any complaints from customers."
The popularity of this daring creation is evident, with weekend sales reportedly reaching impressive heights of 200-300 cups per day.
