MCMC HQ Closed Temporarily Due To COVID-19

The headquarters for the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and another building in Cyberjaya will be closed today and tomorrow as proactive measures following the spread of COVID-19.

MCMC has also announced that its apparatus assignment payment counter service has been suspended until Sunday, but the public can still apply and make payment arrangements through the following channels:

For new applications, complete copies of the application form can be scanned and emailed to espectra.support@mcmc.gov.my

MCMC said that business is still running as per usual, with its staff working from home.
