The world’s favourite plastic girl, Barbie, has a Dreamhouse that many young girls (and probably women) long for. That dream can now become a reality with Airbnb, who has added a fabulous, life-sized Dreamhouse to its list.
Situated in Malibu and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Dreamhouse will be open for booking on 23rd October at 11a.m. (pacific daylight time). Only available to one guest and three friends for two nights, this reservation will take place from 27th October to 29th October.
Surrounded by stunning ocean views and glamorous decor, this house is the ultimate recreation of Barbie’s signature style and hospitality. Visitors can expect to experience Barbie’s hobby room, personal cinema, infinity pool and outdoor meditation zone. Going for USD60 a night (plus taxes and fees), this special deal is to commemorate the Barbie brand’s 60th anniversary.
Ibtihaj Muhammad, world-class fencing champion and inspirational role model will be on ground to give guests one-on-one fencing lessons, while pilot and aerospace engineer Jill Meyers will be providing behind-the-scenes tour of Columbia Memorial Space Center.
Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin will also stop by for makeovers with her Mane Addicts Creator Collective while renowned local chef Gina Clarke-Helm will be providing a cooking lesson in Barbie’s spacious kitchen.
There will also be plenty of space to relax in while accommodating up to four guests, so you need not worry about having too little space!
Airbnb will be making a donation to the Barbie Dream Gap Project GoFundMe initiative, which is aimed at helping young women to fulfill their dreams. To book your once-in-a-lifetime stay, go to www.airbnb.com/barbie.
