Two Earthquakes Shook Ranau, Sabah In Just Two Hours!

The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) recently recorded two earthquakes in Ranau, Sabah in a span of just two hours!

In a statement shared by METMalaysia on their Facebook page, it said the first earthquake happened last night at 11:10pm (April 18th), measuring 2.8 on the Richter Scale at a depth of 10km.

And two hours later, the second earthquake occurred at 1:05 am on April 19th, and this time measuring 2.7 on the Richter Scale at a depth of 13km.

The tremors were even felt in the areas close to the district. METMalaysia assured the public that they will be monitoring the situation.
