According to Transport Minister, Anthony Loke, there will be “big changes” in 2023 and one of them includes the quality of road tax stickers.
During a meeting with JPJ’s management yesterday afternoon (3 January), the returning transport minister learned about the department's plans for the coming year.
According to Loke, one of JPJ's top priorities for this year is to digitize some of its essential services for the rakyat, like driver and vehicle licensing. The plan also includes stepping up the enforcement of traffic laws.
"I am aware of the many complaints regarding the quality of road tax stickers. A major change will be made this year in response to this issue,” said the Seremban MP.
“Any new initiatives that are implemented will be carefully planned, and when everything is ready, I will announce them,” he continued.
