The floods in Terengganu have completely subsided while 264 victims are still staying in relief centres at three other states namely Pahang, Kedah and Johor as of 8 pm on Tuesday (7 February).
The last 18 evacuees in Kemaman, Terengganu were allowed to go home at 10 am yesterday, Wednesday (8 February).

According to BERNAMA, Terengganu’s Disaster Management Committee (JPBM) secretariat said with only four flood relief centres (PPS) remained accommodating 220 victims from 62 families in Pahang as the situation in Kuantan is slowly improving.
In Kedah, 18 people from six families remained at the Sekolah Menengah Agama Madrasah Insaniah Jangkang PPS tonight.
The number of evacuees in Johor remained at 26 people from nine families, according to JPBN, who were placed at the Balai Raya Kampung Seberang Batu Badak PPS in Segamat.
It has been raining in Segamat at night, and Sungai Bekok in Batu Pahat was still above the danger level at 18.9 metres.
