What would you do if something were to happen to KFC and Pizza Hut?
According to Bloomberg, QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd.’s owners (who run the two fast food chains), are thinking of selling the company. This consideration came along after they turned down a public offering sometime this year.

The company’s main shareholders are currently working hand-in-hand with an adviser so as to gauge interest from potential buyers for a controlling stake in QSR. According to Bloomberg, anonymous sources said that one deal could put QSR at a value of $1.4 billion or RM6 billion!
With as many as 830 KFC outlets and 470 Pizza Hut stores under its belt in various countries, the impact might be pretty huge - if at all. Guess we just gotta wait and see.
