We’re sorry to be the one to tell you this but unfortunately, it’s a phishing scam!

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) took to their Facebook page to warn Malaysians not to click on a link that’s sent together in the SMS, as it redirects users to a fake website that steals their personal information, like the passwords to their account!

And apparently, in this case, scammers will get access to your Touch n Go eWallet PINs! So scary, kan?!

MySejahtera also took to its official Twitter page to warn Malaysians and said that it never offered monetary aid or payment to its users, and advised the public to ignore the message.

They also added that the issue has been reported to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

Aiyo, please be very careful, guys. Stay safe online!
