This would include documents such as diving license, road tax and vehicle ownership certificate, said Transport Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Wee Ka Siong as reported by The Star.
“The replacement will be free for the flood victims. They have to lodge a police report (for the lost documents). But they don’t have to rush.
“After they are done sorting out their affairs, we will give them a time period where they can come to the JPJ branches to get it replaced,” he said.

According to The Star, its minister, Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin said the National Registration Department (JPN) and Immigration Department would be ordered to assist the flood victims whose personal documents had been destroyed or lost in the floods.
Wah, this is great. Thank you, JPJ and JPN!
