The pressure appears to be pilling on Tottenham manager, José Mourinho.
Their latest 1-0 loss to Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was Spurs’ third successive Premier League defeat, leaving them eighth in the standings.
For Mourinho personally, it was also the first time in his managerial career that he had lost back-to-back home matches.
This also means that Spurs have won just three of their last 12 league games.
The last time the club had a run this bad, then-manager Mauricio Pochettino ended up getting the sack.
There is already talk that Mourinho could face a similar fate, especially with the team struggling to even get into the top four.
Mourinho himself is also starting to show signs of cracking under pressure - he’s starting to lose his cool during interviews with the media, especially when pressed about tactics or team selection.
He also appears to have fallen out with several players, most notably Dele Alli and Gareth Bale.
All this has led fans to worry that this could be the beginning of a downward spiral for Mourinho, that could bring his time in London to an abrupt end.
