Sometimes, our feelings get the better of us and we do things we normally wouldn’t.
One man who decided to drink one too many to ease his pain (some of us have been there too) got the attention of two police officers and the public when he walked around naked in Kuala Lumpur.
According to FMT, Dang Wangi OCPD Mohd Fahmi Visuvanathan Abdullah said, “I was told my officers also gave him clothes and money to get home”. He also said that by the time the patrol unit reached the man, the policemen were able to persuade the man him to get into the patrol car.
It was later discovered that the man, who is in his 30s, was of sane mind, but was merely facing some personal problems. He was found in front of the Dayabumi Complex some time around 3.30 p.m yesterday.
As with all things on social media, there are positive and negative comments for every situation. In this instance, while some netizens criticised the man for allowing himself to get into such a state, there were also others who empathised with him. Focusing on him detracts from what the policemen did, and there were a number of netizens who praised their gestures.

This is a great example of how we are all human, and kindness knows no boundaries.
