IKEA urges all customers who owns HEROISK or TALRIKA plates, bowls, and mugs to stop using them and to contact IKEA for a full refund.
Safety is a top priority for IKEA and therefore, they are taking precautionary measures and recalling all their HEROISK and TALRIKA plates, bowls, and mugs as they can break and potentially cause burns due to hot content.

All IKEA products are tested and comply with applicable standards and legislation, however, they have received reports of the products breaking, although no known incidents have been reported in Malaysia.
HEROISK and TALRIKA can be returned to any IKEA store at the Exchanges & Returns counter for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.
