Anxiety doesn’t always come with signs and symptoms. Sometimes, when you feel too overwhelmed or stressed and just feel like taking a break, you might want to try these activities because they can help you calm down a little.
Journaling
Writing down your feelings instead of getting worked up or acting on it helps you relax. When you write, you’re more focused on acknowledging your feelings than trying to get away from it.

Meditation
Mindful meditation can eventually help you train your brain to dismiss anxious thoughts. You can always start by doing yoga if you can’t stay focused.

Exercise
Whenever you feel there’s too much going on, drop everything and sweat it out. You will either feel refreshed or too tired to think about what’s making you anxious. Win-win!
