That finally changed on September 1st, during Taeyang’s THE LIGHT YEAR solo concert tour. On the second night, fans were thrilled to see Taeyang, G-Dragon, and Daesung reunite on stage. Together, they performed “WE LIKE 2 PARTY,” and the crowd went wild. VIPs quickly shared videos online, with many fans expressing how happy they were to see the group back in action.
But there was an even bigger surprise. G-Dragon, who was just there to watch the concert, ended up joining Taeyang on stage for their hit song “GOOD BOY.” Taeyang later told fans that G-Dragon wasn’t planning to perform. He said, “I told him, ‘Don’t just sit there—come up on stage with me!’” Fans couldn’t stop thanking Taeyang for convincing G-Dragon to perform, and the hashtag “THANK YOU TAEYANG” started trending.
The concert also had a special appearance from SEVENTEEN’s sub-unit BSS, made up of DK, Seungkwan, and Hoshi. They performed some of their well-known songs, like “Just Do It” and “Fighting.” G-Dragon was spotted enjoying their performance and cheering them on.
Later, BSS members were seen in the audience, happily waving their lightsticks while watching BIG BANG perform. Fans loved seeing their reaction, with one person commenting, “They’re fanboys too!”
