The video shows the woman at an autopay machine, where she inputs her car’s registration number. The screen displays her parking history, revealing she entered the lot at 4am on 31 December 2024 and only exited at 9.39pm on 13 January 2025—a total of 13 days and 18 hours.
When the final fee flashes on the screen, the amount—RM2,084—leaves her visibly stunned.
Preferred parking at KLIA Terminal 1 reportedly costs RM150 per day. Over 14 days, that would total RM2,100, meaning her actual charge was slightly lower than expected.
