TWICE recently graced Los Angeles for their event with Amazon Music Live, where they performed their chart-topping hits and engaged in interviews with Twitch streamer ExtraEmily.
However, the group made headlines for a heartwarming reason during their departure at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). While preparing to return home, the members encountered a lost child searching for her family. Demonstrating their caring nature, they stayed with the girl until she was safely reunited with her loved ones.
This isn’t the first time TWICE has shown their compassionate side at an airport. Back in 2018, the group was praised by a father on Twitter for playing with his young daughter at Incheon Airport.
The father later shared more details on Reddit, describing how kind and attentive Sana and Momo were during the encounter.
“It’s incredible how much attention this story received. I wouldn’t have even known who they were if their manager hadn’t mentioned it. It happened at Incheon Airport in the kids’ zone. Before that, we were just walking and noticed all the cameras, only to realise we were in the same area as them.
“My daughter gave Sana the finger heart gesture, and it all just unfolded from there. Before I knew it, we were in the kids’ zone with Momo, Sana, and their manager. It was such a memorable experience, and we got lovely photos to share with her when she’s older.”
TWICE continues to prove that their kindness extends beyond the stage, touching the lives of those they meet in the most genuine ways.
