SEVENTEEN Hoshi’s “Horanghae” Hilariously Thwarted by Seungkwan During UNESCO Event—Twice!

At a recent UNESCO event in Paris, SEVENTEEN took centre stage as they were honoured with the title of "First Goodwill Ambassador for Youth." The group, known for their immense talent and strong bond, delivered heartfelt speeches about the importance of youth empowerment and global unity.

CARATs, the dedicated fandom of SEVENTEEN, were overjoyed and filled with pride as they witnessed their idols being recognised on such a prestigious platform.

During the ceremony, each member of SEVENTEEN accepted their diploma and posed for group photos. However, the moment took an amusing turn when Hoshi, known for his iconic "Horanghae" phrase and love of tigers, attempted to showcase his signature pose.

As Hoshi raised his hand to form the "Horanghae" sign, Seungkwan swiftly intervened, pushing his hand away to maintain a more professional demeanour.

Despite Seungkwan's efforts, Hoshi persisted, humorously ignoring his fellow member's attempts to stop him. This playful interaction was captured on camera, delighting fans who tuned in to watch the live-streamed event.

The scene repeated itself during a subsequent photo session for the media, where Seungkwan once again tried to prevent Hoshi from striking the "Horanghae" pose, only for Hoshi to proudly display it once more.

S.Coups, the group's leader, found the situation hilarious, and netizens quickly picked up on the playful dynamic between Hoshi and Seungkwan. Fans couldn't get enough of Seungkwan's determined efforts to keep Hoshi "professional" during the significant event, laughing at how the "anti-Horanghae" stance played out multiple times.

The lighthearted moments between the members highlighted their close-knit relationship and added a touch of humour to an already memorable occasion.

SEVENTEEN's presence at UNESCO not only underscored their influence and dedication to positive change but also showcased the unique and endearing personalities that make them beloved by CARATs worldwide.

Proud of you, SEVENTEEN. Horanghae!
