In Malaysia, they indulge in popular dishes like nasi goreng, satay, nasi lemak, and laksa. However, this time, the spotlight shifts to the Philippines.

On July 14th, RIIZE hosted their 2024 RIIZE FAN-CON ‘RIIZING DAY’ in Manila, where members Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton were warmly received by their Filipino fans who have eagerly awaited their debut.
After the event, Sungchan shared his experiences on Weverse, expressing his newfound love for Philippine mangoes. He enthusiastically described how he couldn’t get enough of mango smoothies, even preferring them over water during their stay.
"In the Philippines this time, I practically lived on mango smoothies," Sungchan wrote.
He also developed a craving for dried mangoes.
"I also snacked on dried mangoes. I think I’m officially obsessed with mangoes now," he confessed.
Sungchan isn't the only K-pop idol enchanted by Filipino mangoes. LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha also praised this tropical delight to their fans.
It's heartening to see these idols fully embrace their experiences, appreciating diverse cultures and local delicacies as they connect with fans worldwide.
