The National Day parade is back at Dataran Merdeka after two years, and thousands of Malaysians have been lining up as early as 3 am just so they could get a great view of the parade.

Even before the actual Merdeka Day parade, several videos have already gone viral on TikTok showing the rehearsals that have been taking place…
But what really caught Malaysians’ attention is the adorable Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) K9 unit who are seen wearing adorable little booties on their paws while rehearsing for the parade! Ugh, too cute to handle!
The internet, of course, flooded the comment section as they couldn’t handle their cuteness and also thanked these adorable pups for their service in keeping the country safe.
“Aip, watch where you’re going! Don’t look at these ladies, we get it, you look handsome with those shoes!” one person said.
