Just recently, a video went viral online of an elderly person with paralysis who had to be carried on a bed to the bank to replace his expired card, which then received criticism from netizens online.

However, the story is different this time when TikTok user, @s..nass shared a video of a bank officer who was willing to go to their car to assist her mother. The incident is believed to have happened in Machang, Kelantan.

The woman then explained in the video that her mother suffered a stroke and wanted to go to the bank to withdraw some money, but accidentally left her original identification card (IC) at home and only brought a copy of the IC.

“I went to the bank, bringing my mother to withdraw some of her money but I accidentally left her IC behind.

“I only brought the copy and to drive back home will take another 2 hours drive,” she wrote in the video.

A kind bank officer felt sorry for the woman, and decided to allow the process to be carried out using only a copy of the IC. She even went above and beyond, and walked over to their car with a fingerprint reader to retrieve her mother’s fingerprint.

“God bless the kind woman. She even came to the car to collect my mother’s fingerprints,” she said.

The video has since garnered over 485,000 views at the time of writing.

Many in the comment section praised the bank officer for her kindness and for going out of her way to ease the process, “This is how it’s supposed to be! Unlike the other case where a paralyzed patient had to be carried in his bed to the bank.”

This is very kind. Thank you for your help!
