The Chairman of the Padawan Municipal Council (MPP), Tan Kai, swiftly condemned the reprehensible behaviour captured in the video. He emphasised the necessity of identifying the perpetrator to ensure appropriate repercussions for their actions.
"It is imperative that we hold the individual accountable for their actions," Tan Kai asserted. "Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated within our community."
