Over the past four years, Chinese farmers in the city of Sanya have been diligently cultivating durians, and they recently celebrated their first successful harvest. In the video, a staggering 6.91 kg durian was presented for auction, commencing with a starting price of 888 RMB. As the bidding commenced, the price rapidly escalated, soaring to an astounding 100,000 RMB and eventually climbing even further, reaching an astonishing 300,000 RMB.

Even the auction host couldn't believe the remarkable amount of money that people were willing to spend on this prized durian and graciously thanked the enthusiastic bidders.

In an unprecedented turn of events, the final bid for the sumptuous fruit reached an eye-popping 388,888 RMB. With no one willing to surpass this astronomical figure, the host proclaimed the deal thrice and brought down the gavel, sealing the purchase.
