A man took it upon himself to construct a loft space above his home, relying solely on his own effort and skills.

In a video shared by @adamaqil_12 on TikTok, the man—who is also a husband and father—showed how he successfully built the loft without hiring an external contractor. The post included images capturing the entire process, from assembling wooden beams and metal supports to completing a cosy and functional room.
Inspired by the available space outside his home, the man decided to make the loft even more special. In addition to providing extra ventilation, he created a small balcony-like area as a place to relax and unwind.

According to his post, the entire project cost approximately RM7,000.
Many commenters noted that hiring a contractor for a similar project could easily cost over RM25,000, making his DIY approach both impressive and cost-effective.
