KTMB Introduces Nasik Kandaq Transporter All the Way from Penang for Their ETS Trains!

KTM Berhad has collaborated with Nasik Kandaq Transporter (NKT), and Segi Seri Group to introduce "Nasi Kandar Original Dari Pulau Pinang" (Authentic Nasi Kandar from Penang) on selected ETS (Electric Train Service) trains.

This unique partnership began on February 1st, featuring the delightful Nasi Kandar initially served on the ETS 9175 train in the ETS cafe coach (coach C). The following day, it continued on the same train, and by February 3rd, you could also enjoy it on the ETS cafe coach of ETS EP9174, EP9175, EP9176, and EG9420.

Currently, KTM Berhad has announced on its official Facebook page that you can relish Nasi Kandar on ETS trains traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Butterworth (EP 9174, EP 9176, EG 9322), Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur (EP 9175, EP 9179, EP 9177), Kuala Lumpur to Padang Besar (EP 9420), and Padang Besar to Kuala Lumpur (EP 9279).

Their Facebook post states, "Original Nasi Kandar from Penang at ETS cafe. Come and get Nasi Kandar at the ETS cafe coach C. First come, first served! After eating, you'll lean back on your seat."

Furthermore, Nasik Kandq Transport shared a TikTok video demonstrating how they bring Nasi Kandar from a Penang restaurant to serve on the ETS coach.

As of now, KTM Berhad and Nasik Kandaq Transporter have not revealed the exact dates and specific ETS trains for Nasi Kandar service. 

Nevertheless, judging by the signs on the ETS coaches, it seems that this tasty collaboration will continue for some time. Make sure not to miss out!
