Japan supporters stunned Qatar by cleaning up the stadium after a World Cup game that their country wasn’t even involved in.
Fans wearing the national colors are seen staying behind after the match to pick up bottles and food wrappers left in the stands after the World Cup’s opening match between the host nation, Qatar and Ecuador.

The country has a history of displaying a similar level of goodwill at international competitions, and now the Middle East has praised them for their admirable conduct.
“We are Japanese, we do not leave rubbish behind us, we respect the place,” they said, when asked why they were cleaning up the stadium after the match.
The video was shared by influencer Omar Al-Farooq on his Instagram account and has since gone viral. The Japanese fans are seen picking up trash row by row and putting them in plastic bags.
They also picked up flags that the Qatari and Ecuadorian spectators had thrown, declaring that the flags “deserve respect.”
This is amazing!
But this is not the first time the Japanese have gone viral for their admirable behavior. At the 2018 World Cup in Russia, Japan fans garnered similar affection for their neighborly behavior!
This is something that we can learn from the Japanese!
