The traveller, identified as Gaz, expressed admiration for the public transport facilities, specifically praising the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur.

In a post on his X account @gerbongbagasi, which has garnered over 3,100 likes and more than 1,000 reposts, Gaz compared the TBS to an airport rather than a typical bus hub.

Gaz emphasised the impressive features of TBS, noting the presence of "super huge departures and arrivals boards" and a centralised ticketing system. He marvelled at the convenience of having all ticket counters selling tickets to multiple destinations, expressing uncertainty about the profit distribution from the ticket sales.

Responding to queries in the comments, Gaz highlighted the hassle-free experience of entering TBS, praising the intuitive layout and easy-to-understand ticket counters. He contrasted this with the Pulogebang bus terminal in East Jakarta, describing it as confusing and lacking clarity on where to purchase tickets from specific bus operators.

Notably, Gaz commended TBS for its size and efficiency, unlike the Pulogebang terminal, which he characterised as small and plagued by scalpers. In response to a question about scalpers at TBS, Gaz asserted that he encountered none, emphasising the absence of individuals trying to sell bus tickets outside the official counters.

This viral post not only showcases Malaysia's commitment to enhancing its tourism infrastructure but also highlights the positive experiences of foreign visitors, contributing to the country's reputation as a traveller-friendly destination.
