A white object, which netizens described looked like a “pocong,” a Javanese wrapped ghost or shroud ghost, was recently spotted on top of a moving vehicle.
The incident is believed to have taken place at Jalan Seremban-Tampin in Negeri Sembilan. It was around 2 am when the driver recorded the “hantu pocong” at the back of the car, which also had the word ‘POLIS’ written on it.

After the photo went viral online, the Rembau district police chief, Deputy Superintendent Hazri Mohamad confirmed that the police vehicle was from the Kota Police Station in Seremban.
However, the authenticity of the photos has yet to be confirmed and added that the photos could have been edited.
“We are also trying to track down the person who took the photos to confirm its authenticity,” he said, as reported by myMetro.
Netizens took to the comment section to share their amusement, jokingly saying: “he’s probably just tired and hitch-hiking to its destination.”
