Where else can you find the Asian elephants if not in Thailand?

One video shared by user @colouroflifevn shows an adult elephant standing at the side of the road just waiting for some cars to pass by. The elephant is later seen stopping trucks on the highway to steal bundles of sugarcanes for a quick snack!
A road sign that reads: “Caution elephant crossing” indicates that the area is full with wild elephants!
In another video, it appears that the elephant is only stopping the trucks that are carrying sugarcanes. What makes it even cuter is that the truck drivers seem to understand what’s going on and will stop to let the elephant take some of the sugarcanes.
The 2-minute video has since caught the attention of Malaysian netizens, taking to the comment section to praise the truck drivers for letting the elephants take some of the sugarcanes from their trucks!
The video has since garnered over 24.9 million views at the time of writing.
They also shared their amusement saying that the elephant acts like a tax collector and was just collecting “sugarcane taxes.”
