Video of a crow stealing a RM1 note from a roadside stall in Petaling Jaya last Wednesday (11 January) went viral online.
In the video, the crow can be seen holding the RM1 note with its beak. Netizens were amused at how it didn’t immediately fly away with the note and was just chilling there and enjoying the attention…
The crow is also seen jumping between cars and the stall, “teasing” the stall owner and the people who were attempting to retrieve the RM1 note.
In another video, the crow eventually returned the RM1 note after it was being chased around by the people, “What are you doing here? Why are you here?” the stall owner can be heard saying.
“Just take the money and go play far away. Don’t bother me, please” he continued.
The original video has since garnered over 697,000 views at the time of writing.
Netizens took to the comment section to share their amusement saying that the crow wanted to buy some kuih with that money, “Give it some kuih, bro. The crow just wanted to buy some food.”
Others were relieved that the crow only stole a RM1 note and not a larger amount of money.
Aiyo, that’s actually pretty cute, no?
