Virgin Galactic is taking bookings for a seat on its suborbital spaceplane, which includes an exclusive "membership" with access to "money-can't-buy experiences.”

For the time being, it appears that the presale will be limited to 1,000 clients, or at least that's how many Virgin Galactic CEO Michael Colglazier expects to have lined up once commercial service begins later in 2022.
Guests who pay nearly half a million for a seat will also enjoy on-site accommodations at Spaceport America in New Mexico, with "bespoke itineraries" and "world-class facilities," according to Virgin Galactic.
It's likely that the freeze-dried astronaut meals will be limited.
