Uztazah Forced To Crawl On The Floor By An Angry Mother

A teacher’s job is to teach, but one lady seems to think that she’s better at it…

In a viral video posted by Facebook user Asmahadi As Ad-Dimasyiqi, an Uztazah was seen crawling on the ground, “punished” by the mother of one of her students.

The 2:16 minute clip begins with the mother walking angrily to the classroom taught by the teacher. After a while, the Uztazah starts crawling on the cement floor while the whole classroom stares at her and the mother records her every move. The Uztazah, who probably felt embarrassed and deeply humiliated, invited her students to crawl with her on the floor.

This upset the mother, who then told off the Uztazah for asking her child to do the same thing the day before. It was then revealed that her child came back home the day before complaining that she was in pain after the Uztazah instructed her to crawl on the floor.

The video has garnered over 1.7 million views and has since been circulated across social media. As reported by Harian Metro, the location of the school has yet to be identified. However, based on the students’ school uniform, the incident might have taken place at a religious school.

Many were angered by what had happened to the Uztazah and took it out on the comment section to express their dissatisfaction with the mother.

In a more recent post by a Facebook community page called Bagan Datuk Kini, the case was reported to have been resolved as apologies were issued between the mother and the Uztazah. Bagan Datuk revealed that the incident took place in a school in the area and also attached a few pictures of the meet up between the two parties.

We hope this incident will serve as a reminder for everyone to respect one another, especially teachers.
