In a Facebook post, Uncle Kentang shared that the food packets were donated by OKU Sentral, an initiative to empower people with disabilities that was founded by Ras Adiba.
Speaking to the Malay Mail, Uncle Kentang said: “We have been partnering with Ras Adiba since the movement control order was put in place and have been distributing food packets containing dry food products to B40 communities and individuals with prolonged sickness.”

This time around, the food packets were donated to those from the B40 communities and those who are sick that are staying in the people’s housing project (PPR) in the Bukit Jalil area.
He added: “Around 120 families have benefitted from receiving the food packers that are able to last them for two weeks at most.”
...and not to worry, Uncle Kentang also said that strict SOPs have been observed to make sure that the families receive the food packets while making sure that their temperatures are checked and one family member collects the food items.
Netizens, of course, praised Uncle Kentang for his efforts in helping the community.
You’re such an inspiration to all of us, Uncle Kentang! We hope that more people are like you!
