Our Health director-general, Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah is loved by all Malaysians, so much so that he’s been depicted into artworks on several occasions around the country.
This time around, one Malaysian artist from Penang, Mycurl Foo, dedicated an artwork to DG Hisham and made a stunning portrait of him using a bag of kuaci!
...and the outcome is amazing!

In his Facebook post, the artist shared the image of the Health DG that he created out of sunflower seeds which has since garnered over 13 thousand reactions from netizens.
The artist has also done a sketch of DG Hisham previously and of Malaysia’s icon, P. Ramlee.
