Squid Game fans rejoice!

Yes, Squid Game 2 is happening, says Hwang Dong-hyuk, the creator of the South Korean hit that has become Netflix’s most popular show ever.
“You leave us no choice,” he said.
According to cnet, Hwang previously said he want to make a film first, but he has also consider that a second season of the survival drama could focus on maked antagonist the Front Man.
“There will indeed be a second season. It’s in my head right now. I’m currently in the planning process,” he said during a red carpet event in Los Angeles, California.
He also said that it’s too early to say when the second season might hit Netflix, but Hwang did promise that Squid Game’s main character, Gi-hun, would return and “do something for the world.”
It’s going to be a long wait, but it will be worth it. We’re so excited already!
